How would our company ship freight to the exhibition hall?
The EIC would appoint a freight agent who would assist the UK pavilion before the event and onsite. Please contact the team for further information on each individual event and delegation.
How far in advance would I need to book my travel arrangements?
This would vary between each exhibition and delegation. Speak to your appointed events team member to discuss.
When would the person manning our stand need to be onsite at an exhibition?
The appointed stand manager would need to be onsite the day before the exhibition. This information will be provided in your exhibition manual.
When would we need to break down the stand at the exhibition?
Each exhibition would provide an appointed time. The general rule us not to breakdown until after the final day.

What do you receive in your stand package if you join the UK Pavilion?
For a 9m2 stand (3x3) you would receive the following:
- Walls
- Carpet
- Table and chairs
- A lockable counter
- Waste bin
- Power Point
- Lights
- Stand Cleaning

Are we insured under the UK Pavilion?
The Energy Industries Council does not provide insurance cover. Exhibitors must ensure that they are fully insured to exhibit in that country. The simplest way is usually to extend existing insurance cover.
