Terry Willis

Director, Middle East

Terry Willis is the Managing Director of EICUK Middle East (Branch) which is the operating office for the EIC's activities in the Middle East and North Africa. Market responsibility encompasses the six GCC Countries of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain plus the important markets of Algeria, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Libya and Yemen. With almost 30 years’ experience throughout the region, Terry is responsible for all aspects of the EIC's regional activities and is able to provide valuable assistance to any members contemplating a move to this part of the world, as well as supporting those members who already have an established presence in the area.

Ceyda Celik Conroy

Regional Analyst

Ceyda first joined the EIC in 2006 as a Business Information Manager and in 2011 had the opportunity to join the Dubai team in a similar capacity when her husband was offered a contract in Dubai with his London based employer. Ceyda is responsible for researching and analysing information on all the energy related projects underway in all of the countries covered by the Dubai Office responsibility. She has previously worked with the Turkish Petroleum Refineries Corporation (TUPRAS) as a project analyst. She holds a MSc in International Business Economics awarded by City University, London as well as a BSc in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations awarded by Ankara University.

Julie Zollikofer

Office Manager

Julie Zollikofer is the Administration Manager for EIC Middle East Branch. Julie has travelled extensively around the world having lived in Waldorf Germany , Houston Texas and Caracas Venezuela before finally moving to Dubai in December 2002 following 12 months of commuting between the UK , Dubai and Kuwait . She is responsible for the daily running and administration of the EIC office in Dubai . Duties include reception, the preparation of monthly accounts, maintaining and updating the Middle East data base as well as the organisation and co-ordination of EIC events for the region.
